WEST GODAVARI

West Godavari tourism :-                                 
1.  Dwaraka Tirumala - Temple
Dwaraka Tirumala or Dwarakatirumala is a village and a mandal in West Godavari district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1] It is famous for temple of Lord Venkateswara. Dwaraka Tirumala is located about 40 kilometres from the west Godavari district headquarters, Eluru 26 kilometres from (Jangareddygudem). This is also called as 'Chinna Tirupathi'.
2.  Polavaram Project
Polavaram Project is a multi-purpose irrigation project which has been accorded national project status by the central government. This dam across the Godavari River is under construction located in West Godavari District and East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh state and its reservoir spreads in parts of Chhattisgarh and Orissa States also.
3.  Pattiseema
Pattiseema is a village in Polavaram mandal of West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is located on the bank of the River Godavari. It is very famous for Sri Veerabhadra Swamy Temple.
4.  Ksheerarama
Ksheerarama is one of the Pancharama Kshetras which is located in Palakollu near Narsapuram in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh in South India. Lord Shiva is known as Ksheera Ramalingeswara Swamy here. The Sivalinga at this place is installed and established by Lord Vishnu.
5.  Somarama
Somarama is one of the Pancharama Kshetras which is located in BhimavaramWest Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh in South India. The temple is located in a small village known as Gunipudi, but now the village almost became the part of the Bhimavaram due to development. Bhimavaram is located 107 km from Vijayawada & 270 km from Visakhapatanam.
6.  Narasapuram
Narasapuram is a Town, Mandal, Municipality and Revenue division in West Godavari District in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the one of the major town on the bank of Vasista Godavari river. It was also headquarters for Narasapuram Assembly Constituency of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and Narasapuram Lok Sabha Constituency of Indian Parliament.
7.  Kolleru Bird Sanctuary
The Kolleru Bird Sanctuary is around 15 km away from Eluru town in the West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. This sanctuary is spread across 673 sq km of wetland and marshes that surround the famous Kolleru Lake.
